Background-Microalbuminuria is a major risk factor for renal and cardiovascular events, the early identification treatment of patients at increased Microalbuminuria may be instrumental to limit excess disease associated with type 2 diabetes. Objectives-To evaluate prevalence in newly detected Diabetes mellitus association between age, BMI, glycosylated haemoglobin, levels fasting plasma glucose, post-prandial smoking alcoholism microalbuminuria Type mellitus. Methods- It was Cross Sectional Study period 18 months (January 2019 June 2020) attending general medicine OPD and/or getting admitted MEDICITI INSTITIUTE OF MEDICAL SCIENCES. We have enrolled new onset diabetes Mediciti Hospital over 18months. All data collected individual case record forms sample size found be104. . Chi-square Fisher Exact test been used find significance proportion incidence various study parameters namely Age, Duration DM, GHB %, abnormal lipid profile. Results-The mean age population 57.92 years.
